This course looks at how to use subject lines, good introductions, and effective ordering and layout to ensure emails are opened and effective.

It looks at how to word tricky emails, and how to get the tone right. Participants learn how to keep the content snappy, to suit busy, scanning readers.

The course also discusses email etiquette and how to use the email tool more effectively.

It can be run as either a half-day or a full-day course, depending on your needs. We customise the course, based on the type of emails you and your staff write.

We can also develop a course for you that blends face-to-face workshops with online learning.
